• SALES POLICY

The user must make the purchase by filling in the sales form that opens once the button "Complete Purchase" of the shopping cart has been pressed. Once the billing details have been filled in, payment is made by pressing the "Go to PAY" button, previously checking the box to agree with this Sales and Returns Policy.

• RETURN POLICY

The user has the right to a refund of the registration fee under the following terms and conditions:
Cancellations must be reported:
1. in writing, by sending an email to info@turronesgaliana.com.
2. or, at our fiscal address (store) at calle Garrigues nº 1; 46001, Valencia (October-January);
Cancellations informed by any other means are not accepted. This email must contain all the details of the purchase, including: name and surname of the customer, date of purchase, products to be returned and the amount of money to be returned.

The return rates are as follows:
- For cancellations received 14 calendar days upon receipt of our package, 100% of the amount paid at the time of cancellation will be refunded.
- Returns will be made within 14 calendar days after the cancellation request, by electronic transfer in the name of the person who made it.
- From the 15th day on receiving our package it will no longer be possible to return our products.

The initial shipping costs (those that are included in the total purchase price) will be fully reimbursed. But, the return shipping costs (return costs) are borne by the customer.

• CANCELLATION POLICY.

SHIPPING POLICY.

Your order will be sent to you by MRW , urgent package transport company in national and international shipments.

Turrones Amando Galiana SL is very demanding with the transport company. Even so, the delivery times indicated below are subject to external conditions and do not imply a contractual commitment, especially in international shipments. Although we will endeavor to ensure that the transport company respects these deadlines, its delay will not imply the cancellation of the order, nor will it make Amando Galiana SL responsible for any compensation to the client.

The order will be delivered to the designated address respecting the delivery deadlines.

DELIVERY TERM.

Orders received and processed before 5:00 p.m. are dispatched the same day. After 17:00 they are dispatched the next day in the morning.

They are delivered within 24 hours in the peninsula, on weekdays and Saturdays. On Sundays and holidays in 48 hours.

Shipments to Ceuta, Melilla and the Canary Islands and abroad: The delivery time is 48-72 hours for orders that are processed before 5:00 p.m., on working days. On Sundays and holidays in 72-96h.

However, in the purchase form we have included a field for the desired delivery date, so in the event that the customer does not want to opt for immediate shipping, we allow the date on which they wish to receive our products to be able.

SHIPPING COSTS.

Shipping costs are borne by the buyer. We have competitive prices provided to us by the shipping company, which has allowed us to establish the following shipping costs:

SPAIN: Fixed shipping cost: 11.00 Euros.

FOREIGN: It depends on the weight and the country. 20 euros (FIXED) plus a percentage of the total price will be charged to cover shipping costs, increasing according to the location of each country with respect to Spain (if the shipping price turns out to be less than the percentage charged, the differential will be paid):

± 20% of the purchase price is added.

• USA, CANADA, ANDORRA, LIECHTENSTEIN, SAN MARINO, SWITZERLAND, NORWAY, ICELAND, GIBRALTAR:
± 25% of the purchase price is added.

• REST OF THE WORLD:
± 30% of the purchase price is added.

NOTICE: In the event that the shipping costs are LESS than the shipping costs charged, the customer will be reimbursed the difference, through the reimbursement method chosen by the customer.
