Nou Forcat Program by Silvia Soria (Radio 99'9)

The owner of Galiana Nougats , Amando Galiana, is in high demand by local radio stations. Something perfectly natural, taking into account that it is Christmas season and that our Christmas nougats and sweets have become one of the stars of Valencian Christmas tables on their own merits. This time Amando visited the Nou Forcat program by Silvia Soria from our local radio 99'9 Valencia . Silvia and Amando reviewed all the aspects of the artisan creation of our nougats, the loyalty of our clients and much more.
