Jijona nougat cut, from Turrones Galiana

One of the most pleasant sensations for us in the store Galiana Nougats is to cut for the first time freshly made piece of nougat, quince or some large candied fruit. All the quality of the raw material and the craftsmanship required for its creation translates into a unique smell and purity. Making that first cut makes it clear that our nougat and Christmas sweets are unmistakable, with the supreme quality that stands out at the sight of each individual cut piece.

Alberto, our internal Spileberg, has been in charge of creating three master videos that bring you closer to that magical moment. Through his camera we share with everyone three cuts:
